Stylized Hawkgirl rendered in Unreal 5 along with 5 other skins for her character. I did everything from the modeling and textures, to the animations and Niagara particle effects. This initially started as fan art/character concept for Multiversus (RIP game), but It ended up morphing into its own aesthetic. I referenced the styles of games like Fortnite, Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions and Palia for what they do with lighting or how they choose to simplify their textures and sculpts. You still see Multiversus influences however, like in the use of smear frames in the animations.
This was definitely a larger project and I've received a lot of feedback and advice along the way. Frank Schorsch in particular gave great advice on how to approach rigging the wings, and I'm really grateful for that and all the hours it's no doubt saved me. But in general, I'm thankful for all the advice I've received.
